Winery Klásek

Petrovské Plže is an unusual underground village full of wine. Petr Klásek, just like his father and grandfather (besides their work in wine company), produces local wines in small quantities using original technologies – today, not only for his family and friends, but also for visitors. It’s a work that involves sense gained by experience. It’s difficult to add only such amount of sugar that improves the beverage and lets its full taste and bouquet come out. The wine tasting (perhaps with pork specialties or listening to dulcimer music) can be combined with winemaker’s comments and acquaintance with the whole area.
